Leonard Godsil has over 50 years of working in or near water and has worked in a number of infrastructural projects, including major construction projects to deliver natural gas pipelines and infrastructure. He has extensive experience with project managing key strategic projects. Working with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget ensuring compliance to both internal and external governance.

Working with suppliers and internal customers to build sustainable and risk averse solutions, while maintaining value for money and managing risk.

Caitriona

Caitriona is our Water Program Manager. She ensures the appropriate environmental policy's and management systems are in place. She has over 10 years working in a number of roles on the water. Her extensive knowledge of working in difficult situations, dealing with river currents, tidal situations, exposed areas and windy locations are key to achieving a work plan in line with the customers expectations and in compliance with relevant policy's and systems.

Conor

Conor has been working in the marine environment for 15 years, he previously delivered the National Power Boat certificate an internationally recognised qualification,
He now works with our clients to manage their requirements, develop program plans and coordinate Safety Boat Ireland's on the water presence. Maintaining a high standard of marine construction safety.

Shane

Shane is our Water Safety Manager and works to develop individual risk assessments, develop and adapt our standard operating procedures and is a key member of the team. His expertise lies in managing and directing the team onsite to achieve the clients requirements and has over 10 years experience in this area.
